    * Enhancing, designing, architecting, operating, securing, and supporting our application and platform environments.
    * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet demanding service level agreements, standards, and operating practices.

    What We're Looking For:

    * Thorough knowledge of DevOps methodologies and a previous background working within or alongside a Software Engineering team.
    * Proficient in cloud migration design, deployments, and automation.
    * Experience with test-driven development and expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, or CSS.
    * Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes including associated public cloud services such as EKS or AKS.

    You will join a platform team of 4 to support two development teams of 6/9 with modern, scalable and secure AWS cloud & deployment infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    * You will be a part of the team developing the cloud platform and automation pipelines
    * Empower engineers, operators and decision-makers to reduce risk, test solutions and open up to new possibilities
    * Design and implement scalable, resilient and secure AWS cloud architectures and IaC
    * Design and build CI/CD and container infrastructure (Docker) with monitoring, testing and logging systems
    * Contribute to AWS resource management IaC using Terraform/Pulumi
    * Create cloud automation scripts using Python (BASH or PowerShell is also relevant)

    We are building a new Test department to work alongside our developers at our office in Drammen, and are looking for a leader to take ownership and grow the environment further!

    Alongside strategic responsibilities and growing a future team around you, we are looking for you who can work with:

    * Leading the planning, execution, and management of testing activities for client projects, including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
    * Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to define test requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
    * Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
    * Leading and mentoring a team of test engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    * Managing test environments, tools, and resources to facilitate efficient and effective testing activities, including the selection and implementation of appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
    * Analysing test results and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimisation, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
    * Collaborating with clients to understand their testing needs and requirements, and proactively proposing innovative solutions and best practices to address their challenges and achieve their goals.

    We are looking for you to bring:

    * Bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering related subject
    * Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance
    * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test automation, performance testing, and agile testing methodologies.
    * Experience with test management tools
    * Previous experience in a role where you have taken on leadership or management responsibilities (either for projects or people)
    * Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with users and internal teams
    * We require candidates to be comfortable communicating in both Norwegian & English

    As an Engineering Lead on the front-end of our platform you'll be helping us transition from Angular 14 to 16. Playing a pivotal role as we migrate from monolithic systems into microservices, our platform is hosted on AWS and our application is in Typescript.

    Progression:

    This is a 70% hands on role with 30% leadership, doing 1-1s with the team. We are flexible with this depending on your preference and we have plenty of people who can take on more management responsibilities if you enjoy being more hands on! We are a growing company, we grew 45% last year and are keen to do even greater this year, this role offers a clear progression into Head of.

    Experience we're looking for:

    * Angular, we use 14 (ideally looking for anything 10+).
